Alterations

Alterations can be done to Women’s, Men’s and Children’s clothes, as well as to most household curtains and cushions. Communion dresses can be let out again, or a piece put into them; little suits can also be altered so they are ready for their Communions and Confirmation in the not so distant future. Get ready for all those Weddings and other events where we are all need to be looking our best.

Fix torn or burnt items, replace broken zips in a pair of jeans or skirt, shorten curtains and turn leftover fabric into cushions, the list is endless.

** Bridal & Bespoke Design Consultation Fee & Deposits

Consultation Fee of €25 is required for first appointment, which is 1 hour. This must be paid before or on the day of the first appointment. This fee is non refundable

If however you decide to go ahead with the bridal alterations / bespoke design quotation the fee is then deducted from overall balance owing once work is completed.

Bridal alterations that go over €500 require a deposit of 20% of the over all costing before the work begins. 

Bespoke designs require a deposit of 50% of the over all costing before the work begins.

All outstanding balances must be paid before or at final collection appointment.

** Any appointments that run over the 1 hour time are subject to a charge of an additional charge of €20 per hour.
